Practicus is seeking a Customer Growth Strategy Director to join a FTSE100 leading consumer brand in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical function at a company committed to reversing recent customer losses and shaping its future. The consumer market is changing fast, and we need a dynamic individual to help us navigate this transition. Reporting directly to a senior leader, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that will define our brand and propositions for years to come. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on a challenge and has a track record of delivering rapid, impactful results.
Base pay range
£120,000 - £140,000 PA + Car Allowance + STIP, LTIP and double matched pension.

* Shape the Future of Customer Growth: Develop and lead growth strategies based on deep market and customer insight.
* Drive Commercial Success: Partner with P&L-owning commercial teams to build and implement robust business cases for new initiatives.
* Innovate and Execute: Identify and develop new growth opportunities and propositions, focusing on swift implementation over endless perfection.
* Lead Through Change: Champion and lead organisational change, adapting quickly to new structures and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.
