- High-Profile Building Chilton up to £38,000 Package An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Chilton, Oxfordshirehas arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based in a high-profile building in Chilton.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

- Monitor (i.e.
Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Compliance and logbooks Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency. xxuwjjq
