Position Overview
Crawley College, part of the Chichester College Group. Ref: CW9826. Pro rata salary of £25,582 per annum (details on page 6 of attached job description). Up to 32 hours per week, 36 weeks per year.
Responsibilities
* Support students requiring additional help with their programmes of study across various areas within College.
* Assist students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, including emotional, social, behavioural and mobility needs.
* Create positive relationships with students and assist them in a classroom or workshop setting.
* Ensure students have a rewarding and fulfilling experience at college.
Qualifications
* Experience of working with people with learning difficulties and disabilities.
* Effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
* GCSE (or equivalent) in English at grade C/4 or above.
