About Me:
I am seeking compassionate support workers to assist me in Sandwich, both at home and in the community. Living with Autism, learning disabilities, and ADHD, I need your help to enjoy life safely and fully.
Your role will be vital in helping me develop community awareness, independent living skills, and a healthy lifestyle while managing anxiety and personal challenges.
Shift Patterns:
This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is key! You will work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. We’re open to discussing flexible options like nights only, weekends only, or part-time hours.
While your primary focus will be on supporting me, there may be occasions when you assist others in need. Don’t worry—you’ll receive comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and capable in all situations.
This collaborative approach fosters a team-focused, person-centered environment where everyone receives the care they deserve.
Your Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
* Be patient, understanding, and confident in your support.
* Communicate mindfully, using honest and consistent language.
* Support me in challenging situations with a non-judgmental attitude.
* Collaborate with specialists in multi-disciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.

This is a specialist supported living service in Sandwich, and we have high expectations for our staff. You will receive all necessary training locally before you start.
