Chilmington Green School is a co-educational, non-selective Secondary school which opened in September 2023. It will grow to become a 6-form entry school with a sixth form of 240 pupils. The school will build on United Learning’s successful track record locally and nationally, providing an excellent secondary education for local children. We are recruiting for a full-time Premises Assistant to start ASAP. A good range of site maintenance skills, including general repairs, cleaning and decorating, will be required for the role along with an understanding of Health and Safety procedures. Familiarity with Office 365 and good ICT skills for record keeping are also desirable. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, organised and happy to be part of a small but inclusive team. The role will involve some manual labour, including lifting furniture and equipment to statutory limits. A first aid qualification, or willingness to attain one, is also essential.
As this is a keyholding post, some out of hours attendance is required for which time off in lieu or overtime payment is available
