Senior Clinical Nursing Assistant (Band 3)
We are looking for a Senior Clinical Nursing Assistant Band 3 that has a caring nature and skills to care for a complex group of patients that include both pre and postoperative care. Patients undergoing potentially lifechanging surgery. You are required to have previous care experience and have an understanding of the Proud to Care document and its importance in maintaining safety and quality. The post holder must cover a 24‑hour period, working both day and night shifts.
This role is not currently eligible for visa sponsorship and is under regular review. Candidates should be aware that the position may change in the future based on labour market conditions or service requirements.
Interview Requirements
* GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or Level 2 Functional Skills for Maths and English.
* If you hold overseas GCSE equivalent qualifications, you must bring an ECCTIS comparability statement for your GCSE equivalent qualifications along with your original certificate.
* A Full Care Certificate or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (NVQ must be from a regulated awarding body).
* You need to prioritise your workload and work well within the team on the ward area. Good communication skills are essential and a professional attitude to patient care.
