We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead social media strategy across multiple client accounts while building strong relationships with the businesses we work with. This role sits at the centre of our agency connecting strategy, creative and performance to deliver social campaigns that help our clients grow. You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, shape content strategies and lead campaign delivery across multiple platforms ensuring social activity aligns with wider marketing objectives. The Job This role is not simply about posting content. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts end-to-end, ensuring that activity aligns with client objectives and contributes to measurable business growth. As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the day-to-day social media strategy and delivery for multiple client accounts. You will act as the primary contact for social media activity, ensuring content, campaigns and community management are executed effectively and consistently. You will work closely with our creative, strategy and account teams to ensure social media is integrated into broader marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role. While you will mentor junior team members, you will also remain actively involved in planning, reviewing and improving social media activity. No two days are the same but to give you an idea of your core responsibilities, you will be responsible for: Leading client meetings focused on social media performance and activity Providing clear recommendations on strategy, content and performance improvements. Ensuring all social media deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they see our agency as a trusted partner. Developing and managing social media strategies that support wider marketing objectives. Creating channel strategies for each client Developing content pillars and editorial frameworks Planning monthly and quarterly content calendars Identifying opportunities to expand social media activity or improve performance Overseeing the execution of social media campaigns from planning through to reporting. Briefing creative teams on content requirements Reviewing content to ensure it aligns with strategy and brand guidelines Coordinating the scheduling and publishing of social media content Managing campaign timelines and deliverables Ensuring campaigns are optimised based on performance insights Analysing campaign performance and social media metrics Producing monthly and campaign reports Identifying insights and optimisation opportunities Presenting results and recommendations to clients The Person Experience is essential for this role, that’s why we’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in social media marketing and experience managing client accounts in an agency or brand environment. You should bring with you proven experience in planning and delivering social media campaigns. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of client success and who can demonstrate: Strong client relationship skills and confidence presenting work. Strategic thinking combined with practical platform knowledge. Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients.
