Your Role
As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in developing students' English skills across all ability levels. You'll provide targeted support through one-to-one and small group sessions, working with:
* Students who need additional support to reach their potential
* High-achieving pupils preparing for university applications
* Learners requiring personalized guidance to meet assessment targets

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* 2:1 or above in English Literature, English Language, or related degree
* Strong knowledge of both English Language and Literature
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Genuine passion for education and student development
* Ability to engage effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
Desirable:
* Previous school-based or tutoring experience
