The Role In an AP environment, no two days are the same. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to re-engage students through a mix of academic and vocational learning. Personalised Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students access a bespoke curriculum. Behavior Mentoring: Use trauma-informed practices and de-escalation techniques to maintain a calm, safe learning space.
