Overview
Asbestos Surveyor – up to £46,000 + Benefits. Romford, Essex. A growing asbestos management consultancy seeks an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover projects across the M25 corridor and Kent. This offers a strong regional patch with limited Central London travel and projects across North London, South London, and Kent.
Responsibilities
- Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys
- Undertake bulk sampling on residential and domestic properties
- Produce detailed asbestos survey reports in line with HSG264 guidance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and site teams
- Ensure all work is completed in line with current asbestos legislation and UKAS standards
Qualifications
- BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH Level 3 equivalent
- Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys across domestic and residential properties
- Strong understanding of current asbestos legislation and HSG264 guidance
- Experience using TEAMS or similar asbestos reporting software
- Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the South East region
