As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to assist with site investigations, soil and rock logging, geotechnical analysis, report writing, and liaison with project engineers. You will gain hands‑on experience both on site in Crawley and in the office, learning how to deliver high-quality technical work while contributing to safe, sustainable design solutions.
This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about ground behaviour, foundation design, and environmental considerations. As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be supported by experienced mentors who will help you grow your technical, analytical, and project-management skills. You will also have opportunities for structured training and professional development, including support toward chartership.
Candidate Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Suitable degree in Geology, Geography or Earth Sciences
* Live within a commutable distance of the Crawley area
* Full Right to Work in the UK permanently
