We are looking for a confident Vet to join the friendly team at Willows Veterinary Centre in the heart of the North East, convenient for both Sunderland and Newcastle.
We are a two-site practice and this role will primarily be based at our newly refurbished small animal practice at Boldon although with the possibility of some cover at our South Shields branch.

Willows Veterinary Centre, recently moved to a new, purpose-built hub at Boldon Business Park. The Boldon site has 4 consult rooms, 2 theatres, prep rooms, a dental and x-ray suites as well as a quiet room.
The practice has modern diagnostic facilities to help treat and monitor your pets from digital radiography, ultrasonography, dental radiography, in house laboratory and have recently started performing laparotomy spays.

We are equipped to offer emergency care during opening hours, but there is no out-of-hours requirement with this role as our clients have access to Westway Veterinary Hospital in Newcastle for any ooh situations.

We're looking for a motivated and confident vet, competent in neutering/lumpectomies in cats, dogs and small furries. Further development is actively encouraged, and you will be supported by our experienced team of 5 vets and 7 RVNs across both our sites.
* Salary range of £40,000 – £55,000 (full time equivalent), depending on experience
* Full-time position – ideally 37.5 hours over 4 days, between 8.30am – 7.00pm (part-time options would be considered)
* 1:4 Saturdays – 9.00am – 3.00pm
* No OOH
* Visa sponsorship considered
