Retail Analyst (Client facing) | FMCG Products | £60-75k | Hybrid (2 days, Richmond)
Working for a global premium consumer FMCG brand, this role sits at the core of commercial decision-making — supporting pricing, promotions, and revenue growth across key retail customers.
This is an analytical, client-facing role where you will partner closely with account managers, using data and commercial insight to inform pricing strategy and support retail customer meetings.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in their West London office (flexible).
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse pricing, promotions, and commercial performance to support decision-making across key retail accounts
• Support account managers in retailer meetings (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s), providing data-led recommendations on pricing and commercial strategy
• Model price changes, promotional scenarios, and ROI to determine optimal commercial outcomes
• Track performance vs plan, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Contribute to the development of customer-specific commercial plans and investment decisions
Required Experience:
• Proven experience as a Retail Analyst within an FMCG or consumer goods business, with client-facing responsibilities. Able to manage commercial data and provide strategic advice on key commercial points in client meetings, including pricing and performance insights.
