🎯 The Role
We’re hiring a Content Designer who can turn ideas, data, and insights into content people actually stop for.
We’re looking for someone who thinks like a creative:
* Someone who can take an idea, a dataset, or a trend and turn it into content people actually engage with
* Someone who understands how content, design, and storytelling work together
* You’ll be a key part of how Searchable shows up — shaping not just what we say, but how we say it.
🔥 This is not a “wait for briefs” role.
You’ll own the full creative process – concept → design → publish – across organic, paid, and PR.
🚀 What you’ll do:
* Turn research + product insights into shareable, high-impact visuals
* Create paid ad creative that converts, not just looks good
* Own infographic and data storytelling (this is core to the role)
* Build visual assets for PR campaigns that get picked up and shared
* Define and evolve our design system in Figma
⚡ What we’re looking for:
* Strong portfolio (especially infographics & data visualisation)
* Expert in Figma (non-negotiable)
* Experience across organic + paid social
* Able to move fast, manage your own workload, and iterate based on performance
* Familiarity with AI/design tools
* Data-fluent — you turn numbers into narratives
* Brand-obsessed — high standards, always
