ABOUT THE ROLE
Becoming a manager in a Tesco Store gives you a driving role in serving Britain’s shoppers a little better everyday.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
Do you have the attitude, aptitude and aspiration to be a great retail manager? You will need:
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Proactive approach to spotting and seizing opportunities.
* Quick decision‑making and problem‑solving.
* Thirst for change and the ability to guide others through it.
* Commitment to exceeding expectations.
Applicants must be over 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or involves work in the warehouse, beer, wine, spirits, counters, bakery or driving roles.
