Responsibilities of the Credit Controller Credit Control - Management of numerous customer accounts Monitor and work closely with home mangers on fees and customer debts. Assisting with daily cash posting Dealing with queries by email and phone Assist in aged debt reporting’s Assisting in clearing unallocated cash and follow up on discrepancies on fees. Assisting the finance team on ad hoc tasks May be occasional billing support requirements. Assist in month end tasks where possible.
