The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and proven expertise in managing maintenance contracts, with a focus on both planned and reactive maintenance valued in excess of £2 million.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of M&E maintenance contracts, ensuring the delivery of services to the highest standards, within budget and on time.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of gas, mechanical, electrical, and RAC maintenance contracts for a diverse range of clients, including universities and schools.
