Residential Property Solicitor - Colchester with hybrid working
Client
A Legal 500 recommended practice with ambitious plans for growth
Role
* Manage a varied caseload of residential real estate matters
* Provide clear practical advice to a range of clients on all aspects of residential property transactions including sales purchases remortgaging equity transfers and lease extensions
* Conduct title checks prepare contracts and manage the exchange / completion processes
You
* 3 years PQE
* Strong knowledge of property transactionsand conveyancing processes
* A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude towards business development
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
