A vacancy has arisen for an experienced receptionist to join our bank/relief Reception team. A flexible, committed approach is essential to this role as are accurate IT skills along with excellent communication/customer skills and experience of general administrative duties evidenced through previous roles. Knowledge of NHS administration systems, including Trakcare, would be advantageous.
We require individuals to provide cover, on an ‘as and when required’ basis, for a range of daytime, evening and night shifts including weekdays, weekends and public holidays during periods of planned and short notice staff absence.
Candidates must initially be available to undertake on the job training for up to 4 weeks during Mondays to Fridays 12:00-20:00 hours.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
