Salary: £23,787 - £26,711 (Pro rata)

The college is looking to appoint a Facilities Operative.
The Role
The main purpose of the job is to provide a reactive and proactive minor maintenance and securing the buildings service for the College and other users at the Lamorbey Park Campus.
The work of the Facilities Operative is directly related to the Colleges Health and Safety policy and must be considered and operated within that context where appropriate and risk assessments followed. This role involves lone working.
Skills and Qualifications
* A full clean driving licence.
* To hold a first aid certificate or willing to gain certification.
* To undertake training in matters related to the facilities, health and safety or college as required in agreement with line manager.
* Weekend and call out duties as require by the College programme and needs of the estate.
* Enhanced DBS.
