Basic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the diverse ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils.
* Supporting the class team in facilitating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
* Monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress, collaborating with other staff to ensure their needs are met.
* Supervising pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips.
* Building positive relationships with pupils to drive engagement and foster positive learning outcomes.
Requirements
We are looking for passionate educators who meet the following criteria:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Possess a suitable qualification at degree level.
* Have previous successful teaching experience.
* Experience working with pupils with SEND in an educational setting.
* Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
* Commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, the cost of which will be covered by Polaris Education.
