We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Learning and Development Officer / Digital Skills Trainer who has experience of delivering face-to-face and online training and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools. Working as the Learning and Development Officer / Digital Skills Trainer you will support the development and delivery of digital skills training and support programmes. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Digital, Data and Technology Service to implement the Councils digital learning framework and training offer. As the Learning and Development Officer / Digital Skills Trainer you will co-create and deliver engaging training packages (face-to-face and online), promote digital training opportunities, and embed a learning culture across the organisation. Youll also act as a subject matter expert in digital learning platforms, support the go-live of new digital developments, and use data and insights to shape the digital learning strategy. This role will be 80% delivery, the majority of which will be in person, on-site.
