Rate: £50 – £65 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Scientist to join our esteemed client in Pontyclun. This role involves performing specialist vascular ultrasound assessments, including carotid, venous, and arterial studies, to support accurate diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with NHS protocols and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
As a Vascular Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting non-invasive vascular ultrasound investigations, interpreting results, and providing detailed reports to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. You will work closely with vascular surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Additionally, you will maintain high standards of imaging quality, adhere to clinical guidelines, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
* HCPC registration (essential).
* BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent qualification in Vascular Ultrasound.
* Proven experience in performing and interpreting vascular studies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
