We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team.
As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and operating specialized equipment.
Duties:
* Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
* Remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows to ensure a clear and spotless finish
* Operate and maintain equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, ladders, and water-fed poles
* Ensure safety protocols are followed when working at heights or using equipment
* Identify and report any damages or issues with windows or frames
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements
* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Window Cleaner is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
* Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for long periods of time
* Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
* Valid driver's license is preferred
