Role Description

Golden Bull – Camberley is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role in Camberley. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including team management, customer service coordination, and ensuring quality dining experiences. Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and supporting a productive and motivated work environment.


Qualifications

* Leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and mentor staff.
* Experience in food service operations, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Customer service skills, emphasizing the ability to create a positive guest experience and resolve issues effectively.
* Understanding of financial management, including budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and cost control.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations in the hospitality industry.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
* A degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
