About Twickenham School
Twickenham School is a high‑performing mixed secondary school for students aged 11‑16 in Twickenham, south west London. It is part of the Bourne Education Trust (BET), a successful multi‑academy trust comprising twenty‑four schools across Surrey, Hampshire, and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Salary: Teachers Main to Upper Pay Scale (Outer London) £37,868 - 56,154 + TLR2b of £5,641

Key Responsibilities Include
* Lead and manage the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a year group of students
* Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the year group, including self‑evaluation and the improvement plan for the year group
* Monitor student progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour
Essential Requirements
* Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
* Ability to evidence effective continuous professional development
Desirable
* Experience in coordinating a subject
