Hi 👋
We’re working with a UK higher education provider that is seeking an Education Data & Impact Analyst.

* Analyse complex quantitative and qualitative datasets to assess the impact of intervention strategies
* Produce clear internal and external reports, including OfS annual returns and sector-wide submissions (e.g. TASO)
* Advise senior leaders on the development of evidence-based outreach and on-course initiatives
* Work across departments and with sector networks such as NERUPI and SEER to embed best practice and build an institutional evidence base of ‘what works’
* Line-manage a Data & Evaluation Officer and provide expert guidance to colleagues delivering APP activity
💥 What we’re looking for:
* Strong knowledge of widening participation, fair access and student success policy in UK higher education
* Demonstrable experience of evaluation, data analysis and reporting—comfortable working with large, complex datasets
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research and evaluation findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and external partners
* Experience of managing staff or projects and leading cross-institutional initiatives
* A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions
🌱 What’s on offer:
* Salary of £45,000 - £50,000
* Full-time fixed-term contract with hybrid working options
* The opportunity to shape and develop evaluative practice at a leading UK higher education provider
