Job Description
Reviewing and responding to technical enquiries and quotes in a timely manner.
Responding to customer enquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and website contact forms
Advising on appropriate products and maintenance agreements based on customer needs.
Diligently following up on quotations to secure updates and convert enquiries into orders
Collaborating effectively with team members and offering support when needed
