About the Role You will work on a one-to-one basis with a ale student who requires consistent support to access learning, regulate emotions, and engage positively in the school environment. You will play a vital role in helping the student develop confidence, independence, and strategies for managing behaviour. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one support to a student with ASD, ADHD and additional needs. Use a calm, patient, and proactive approach to help manage challenging behaviour. Support the student in accessing classwork and maintaining engagement in lessons. Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and interventions.
