Hours: Full Time
The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Service Headquarters, Salisbury with flexibility to work from home, DWFRS Stations, or Support Offices. We would welcome a discussion about flexible working arrangements. The role requires attendance at the base location (or other agreed DWFRS location) approximately 1-2 days a week for key activities and meetings.

As a Programmes and Performance Coordinator in our Service Improvement department, you will:
* Support department programmes and service projects.
* Oversee project governance and business case processes.
* Develop procedures, guidelines, and training to ensure accurate and timely information entry.
* Analyze complex data to provide performance reports and management information to support decision-making.
Ideal candidate:
* Experience with Microsoft products such as MS365, SharePoint, and Power platforms.
* Experience analyzing complex data to develop reports and recommendations.
* Knowledge of programme and project management, with experience working across organizational levels to drive improvement.
