Role Overview Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions. Provide updates:Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance. Handle administration duties:Perform administrative tasks accurately. Working pattern Week 1: Thursday and Friday from 19:00 to 00:00 Week 2: Thursday and Friday from 19:00 to 00:00 and Saturday from 12:00 to 19:00 Week 3: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 19:00 to 00:00 Week 4: Tuesday and Wednesday from 19:00 to 00:00 Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
