Regency FX is a leading provider in the foreign exchange (FX) space, known for delivering tailored currency solutions and exceptional service to our partners. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing firm and play a key role in expanding our partner network and client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute spot, forward, and options trades across major and exotic currency pairs on behalf of corporate and private clients
* Provide tailored currency risk management strategies aligned with client objectives
* Monitor market conditions, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments to inform trading decisions and client guidance
* Maintain and develop long-term client relationships through regular contact, market updates, and strategic insight
* Manage client portfolios and ensure effective hedging strategies are in place where appropriate
* Collaborate with the business development and relationship management teams to support client onboarding and retention
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal risk controls
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience in FX trading, ideally within a brokerage or financial institution
* Deep understanding of the FX market, including macroeconomic drivers, trading platforms, and liquidity considerations
* Proven ability to manage and advise clients on complex currency needs, hedging strategies, and risk management
* FCA compliance awareness and understanding of regulatory frameworks (or relevant international equivalents)
* Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on profitability, risk, and long-term value creation
* Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-based trading floor environment

* OTE £75,000 (dependent on experience)
