Front of House Team Member
Location: Weston- Super- Mare FWC | Customer | Permanent | Part time
Salary: £25,646.40 per annum pro rata
Working hours: 24 hours per week; Monday 5:45am-2pm, Tuesday & Thursday 2pm-10pm

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated, and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
* Support the smooth running of our reception, demonstrating attention to detail and initiative
* Help create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment
* Give a warm welcome, answer queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
* Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
