Volunteering Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
Location: Contracted to the Peterborough office with the flexibility for hybrid working
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Role overview: You will support the volunteering programme manager in recruiting, retaining, and rewarding volunteers. You will collaborate with various teams and proactively expand volunteer opportunities to boost engagement.
Candidate requirements: Experience working with individual volunteers and groups, highly organized, confident communicator, passionate about community building. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required for attending meetings and events. Some weekend and evening work is expected, with time off in lieu provided.
