Site Supervisor – Damp & Mould Contract (Welwyn Garden City, On-Site)
R9 Recruitment is hiring a Site Supervisor on behalf of a respected social housing client to support a dedicated damp and mould maintenance contract. This client is known for delivering high-quality property services across residential portfolios, with a strong emphasis on resident well-being and safe living environments.
Location: Welwyn Garden City – On-site role (Damp and Mould Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site activities and ensure efficient, productive work
* Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to job specs and KPIs
* Liaise with residents to resolve queries and maintain satisfaction
* Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all damp and mould-related works
* Coordinate operatives and assist with appointment scheduling
* Complete documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
* Attend regular meetings with your line manager
* Conduct pre-inspections and submit timely reports for standard orders and emergencies
Requirements:
* Experience in the repairs and maintenance sector, ideally with damp and mould treatment
* Previous supervisory experience on maintenance projects
* Full, clean UK driving licence
