A leading care provider who specialise in Domiciliary Care are looking for 2 Full Time Administrators to join their team in Sunderland on a full time basis. One to work in the compliance team and one to work in the recruitment team.

A permanent contract working full time, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Answering the phones and making calls; handle client and staff enquiries, direct to the appropriate manager, and assist with other general enquiries.
* Using a variety of online IT systems; daily use of Microsoft 365 and the software used for client and staff planning.
* Liaising with other healthcare professionals; handle equipment and referral requests to the HomeFirst team, send care notes to link workers, GP prescription requests, and request District Nursing visits.
* Daily reconciliation of care visits; manually log missing care visit data and alert management to inaccuracies.
* Auditing MAR charts and missed activities.
* Conducting telephone reviews with discharged D2A/Reablement clients.
* Assisting with clear to work meetings for new staff; issue work phones, uniform and PPE and scan missing documentation as requested by the recruitment team.
* Assist with recruitment by coordinating interviews, conducting compliance file checks, and supporting the onboarding process.

* You must be a great communicator who can build relationships with ease.
* You must be able to answer and make a high volume of calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
* You will need to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team, be enthusiastic and possess initiative.
* You will need great organisation skills.
* Being a team player is important as you will work closely within the team and with people from all areas of the business.
