The Role
We're seeking a dynamic, on the ball Sales Support administrator to join our team based in a beautiful setting in Cheltenham Town Centre with the flexibility of hybrid working. This role is critical to delivering the long-term success of the business in both client relationships and strong sales support administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage client relationships and multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with various teams.
· To work alongside the SSM in managing the end-to-end administration process in a compliant and detailed manner, ensuring that any necessary client documentation and information is collected in a timely and efficient way.
· To engage with various departments in preparing and sending proposals as and when required, ensuring that they have all the information required.
· To manage client data in safe and secure way, in line with GDPR requirements, to ensure client trust is enhanced and obligations are met.
· To assist the sales team to ensure they are fully aware of their client's progress.
· Working across the team, building positive relationships, ensuring that tasks and queries are forwarded to the relevant parties and responded to efficiently and effectively.
· To work in partnership with the Operations Manager and provide support on general office tasks and projects to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
