1. Salary: £40,000 basic with a £60,000+ uncapped annual earnings.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Used Car Sales Manager at our client's franchise-approved car dealership located in Cardiff!
Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for a dedicated team of 4 Used Car Sales Executives and a Business Manager. Your key job objectives will include:
4. Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
5. Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
6. Maximising sales and profitability through the satisfaction and retention of customers.
7. Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.
8. The role will also involve using stock control and forecourt management.
The role requires an individual with a stable and successful management background within a franchise-approved car dealer, and ideally, exposure to a busy brand. Experience in a medium to large-sized dealership would be preferable, as well as a strong F&I background. Due to the nature of the role, our client is only willing to consider individuals with current or recent experience in a sales management role.
You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets our client apart, and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
