OVERVIEW:
-Responsibilities include supporting the legal and investigations team with casework, assisting in the preparation of cases for panels and tribunals, and managing evidence and case files.
-You will produce accurate, professional documentation and attend hearings to provide administrative assistance.
-Additionally, you will liaise with legal representatives, witnesses, and tribunal staff as required
-The appointed legal assistant will have experience supporting lawyers in litigation or tribunal matters
-Knowledge of evidence rules, public law, and administrative law is essential
-Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
