Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a leading manufacturing business seeking an B2B Account Manager. You will be a key member of the providing a high level of customer services to an existing client base with complete accountability of your own customers. As the Account Manager you be required to have both phone and email contact with your customer base. Taking the clients requirements and create quotations for your customers accurately and recorded on the CRM systems, with the detail provided. This is a fast-paced role and each day isn’t the same, this will require excellent organisation, mathematics and communication skills, there will be full training provided to support the understanding of their product range how the company operates allowing you to grow within and beyond the position. Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager
B2B Account Management handling and order processing – this isn’t a sales role
Client contact via phone and email, supporting your existing clients requirements
Accurately input simple to complex quotations onto the CRM
Worked with high volume and accurate data
You will be required to contact third party suppliers regularly to support the quotations you will be completing
Excellent usage of Excel
