Practice Manager - Multi sector recruitment in Bids, Business Development & Marketing. UK-based healthcare provider seeks 2 Bid Managers. This is an opportunity to join an industry leader that specialises in employee wellbeing and occupational health to major organisations nationwide.
Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end bidding process across multiple business units.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, commercial, and technical teams to craft compelling, compliant, and client-focused proposals.
* From new business opportunities to retenders and renewals, be the strategic force behind bids.
* Lead capture planning and competitive analysis.
* Manage a pipeline of opportunities.
* Develop win strategies and proposal content.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Ensure compliance and timely submission.
* Drive continuous improvement across the bid function.
What you bring
* 3+ years’ experience in bid management.
* Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
* Proven success in public and private sector bidding.
* Ability to manage complex proposals and tight deadlines.
* A collaborative and self-starter mindset.
