About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing a passion for reading, writing, and communication in the students. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for KS5 teaching depending on your experience and expertise.
2. Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel challenged, supported, and empowered to achieve their best.
3. Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing personalised learning strategies to cater to individual needs.
4. Collaborating with a passionate team of English teachers, sharing best practices, and contributing to departmental development.
About You:
1. You are a qualified teacher holding QTS with a specialisation in English.
2. You possess a strong understanding of the English curriculum and a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
3. You demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
4. You are passionate about instilling a love of learning and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
