The role - Office Manager
This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills across a broad range of responsibilities. As Office Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition, you will work closely with the HR team, providing essential administrative support across a variety of key functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Glasgow office, ensuring all calls, emails, and visitors are handled professionally and efficiently
2. Coordinate office facilities, including equipment servicing, stock management, and acting as the main point of contact for external suppliers
3. Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including meeting coordination, creation of presentation materials (slide decks), and assistance with expenses and credit card transactions
4. Organise and coordinate company-wide events and internal functions
