We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hayes, starting as soon as possible. The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. This may include supporting whole-class lessons, leading small-group activities, and providing targeted one-to-one support for pupils who require additional help. You will also assist with classroom management, helping to maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment.
You will work closely with teachers to implement differentiated learning strategies, ensuring that all pupils are able to access the curriculum and make progress. Observing and recording pupil progress, contributing to assessments, and providing feedback to staff are key responsibilities.

* Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2
* Work with individuals or small groups to deliver targeted support

* Observe, record, and report on pupil progress
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL learners
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, teaching assistants, and other staff

* Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
