What You’ll Do:
* Lead commercial strategy and drive enterprise adoption across major real estate organisations.
* Build and manage senior relationships with landlords, investors, consultants, lenders, and insurers.
* Own the full sales cycle.
* Translate climate, retrofit, and regulatory risk into financial outcomes that protect value, cashflow, and compliance.
* Shape GTM messaging, sales materials, and commercial positioning.
* Feed client insights into product, modelling, and delivery teams to improve solutions.
* Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events.
About You:
* Extensive experience in asset management, portfolio strategy, ESG/decarbonisation, investment management, or senior consultancy.
* Deep network across landlords, consultants, lenders, investors, and insurers.
* Expertise in regulatory and climate frameworks (MEES, EPC, CRREM, Net Zero, ESG-linked financing).
* Skilled at framing retrofit and climate risk in financial terms (valuation, rent, WAULT, liquidity, insurance).
* Entrepreneurial, self-starter with experience building pipeline, messaging, and processes from scratch.
* Strong communicator across C-suite, lending, and delivery teams.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
