Role: Pastoral Support Assistant
You will support young people's emotional needs, particularly those with challenging emotional and behavioural needs such as ASD, SEMH, or BESD. Your role involves working with families, developing tailored programs, and creating a positive environment for each young person to thrive.
Ideal candidates will have experience working with young people with ASD or BESD in educational or care settings, possess good listening skills, motivate and inspire young people, and be flexible and organized.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience with ASC, ADHD, SEMH pupils, and working with families in challenging circumstances
* Knowledge of legislation, safeguarding, and child protection
* NVQ 3 in Care or Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification (preferred)
