We're working with a highly regarded Top 200 law firm who are seeking a Medical Negligence Solicitor to join their established and growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You'll handle complex, varied, and rewarding cases, supporting clients through challenging circumstances with empathy and professionalism.
Typical duties would include:
* Managing a caseload of medical negligence claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
* Investigating and assessing the merits of potential claims.
* Drafting legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements, and schedules of loss.
* Instructing and liaising with medical experts and counsel.
* Negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediation and court proceedings.
* Providing excellent client care and maintaining regular communication throughout the case.
The successful candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in medical negligence or personal injury litigation.
* Strong understanding of the clinical negligence claims process.
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
* Empathetic communicator with a client-focused approach.
* Highly organised and able to manage a busy caseload effectively.
* Team player who contributes positively to a collaborative working environment.
