About The Role
Are you looking to utilise your skills in the hair and beauty industry?
As a Skills Practitioner, you will provide Learning/Technical support to staff and students within the Division and undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the College and awarding bodies.
You will liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders, provide feedback to students to aid successful progression and achievement, and manage stock control, including ordering and issuing supplies.
Essential Information
* Hours: 28 hours per week
* Salary (pro rata per annum): £14,983
* Holiday Pay (paid in 12 monthly instalments): £2,171
* Working Pattern: To be discussed at interview, spread across Monday to Friday

About You
We seek an organized and efficient team member with excellent communication skills to facilitate learners and provide demonstrations to support outstanding provision within EKC Group.
The ideal candidate will have recent industrial experience in a relevant area, be qualified to Level 3 in a relevant subject, and have experience in education or workplace training. They should be capable of working with young people to help them achieve their full potential, aligned with the Group's ethos.
The role involves maintaining high Health & Safety standards in practical environments and purchasing resources within budget.
