Salary: £24,334 per year
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (37.5 hours/week)

We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation in the enforcement services sector that is looking to expand its internal support team due to new contract wins. What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking inbound calls to assist customers with payments and payment arrangements
Handling vulnerable callers with empathy and directing them to appropriate support agencies
Maintaining and updating case files accurately and in line with GDPR
Supporting field-based agents and internal teams with admin and client updates
Drafting letters, inputting data, and managing general case correspondence
Working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
