Key Responsibilities
* Own the product roadmap, and ensure thorough execution.
* Hiring, mentoring, and performance managing the PMs.
* Prioritise User Research to ensure data is at the heart of all decision making.
* Drive the key results for the product organisation, including metrics such as user engagement, retention, feature adoption, and conversion rates.
* Work with Product Marketing to ensure features and customer journeys are well positioned for members.
Must-Have Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record working with B2C mobile products.
* 2+ years of direct line management experience.
* Experience in translating high-level business goals into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
* Strong proficiency in understanding data through analytics tools.
You must be comfortable working in the office 2 days a week.
